Principal, Financial Advisor
John Osborn, PhD, CFP® , CFS, ChFC, BCS, AIF
John has been in the financial services industry for 40+ years. John has spent 25 years as an agency Investment Specialist for three major insurance companies (New England, Guardian and MassMutual), and in each case growing them from start-ups to national leaders. Occasionally, having over 100 registered representatives under his supervision. In 2011, John was one of the founding partners of Houston Capital Partners. He is also one of the founding partners of The Pension Professionals, a pension consulting firm, established 27 years ago. His designations include a PhD (Business Administration), CFP® (Certified Financial Professional), CFS (Certified Funds Specialist), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), BCS (Board Certified in Securities), and an AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary). He also holds the Series 7 and 24 securities licenses. Additionally, John is a guest lecturer and a member of the MS in Finance Wealth Advisory Board at the University of Houston.

Principal, Financial Advisor
Bryan Gaskamp
Bryan has been assisting individuals and businesses since 1998 on how to protect their assets and invest wisely. He has developed a specialty in working with retirees and those about to retire who want to protect their principal and insure that their money lasts.
Bryan is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University (Now Texas State) where he earned a BBA in Marketing and holds the Series 7, 63, 65, and General Lines Insurance licenses. Bryan lives in the West part of Houston and is married to his wife Elizabeth and has a daughter, Abigail.

Principal, Financial Advisor
Todd Harris
Prior to teaming up with Houston Capital Partners, Todd founded Pangaea Solutions in 2001. He worked for over 10 years in the technology industry with companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Enron. Todd was a founding member of senior management with two Silicon Valley based startup companies (VitalLink Business Systems and Centrifi), handling the responsibilities of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Strategy.
Todd also managed the operations of a $8M diagnostic radiology company with operations in New York and Texas. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
